The following guide intends to lead you through the different steps to be taken before, during and after the hunt for your trophies to get home without problems.
1) Download the following forms from our website:
Through these forms you will provide us with all information necessary to handle your trophies until they get home.
The forms will include:
Hunter’s personal information
Information about the ranch, taxidermist or dipping company, and export agent
Approved Establishment (in case your trophies are not fully finished)
Power of Attorney (The Customs Power of Attorney is a limited Power of Attorney and does not extend beyond Customs related business.)
Why do we ask for a Power of Attorney form?
Customs Regulations require a Customs Power of Attorney, signed by an Individual, Corporate Officer, Sole Proprietorship, etc., as authority to process a customs entry and related documents on your behalf, not only before Customs & Border Protection, but any other Government Agency involved in your trophies’ clearance.
The Customs Power of Attorney is a limited Power of Attorney and does not extend beyond Customs related business.
Confidentiality
We are not permitted to share your personal information with anyone other than the Government Agencies involved in your specific transaction.
